Arch-Consult offers Facility Maintenance Management among its line of professional services. Such offerings enable us to manage all services related to the function and operation of buildings, facilities, or plants, to ensure smooth daily operations on behalf of all owners and to keep the properties and equipment in good working condition. Site Works Management

Our expert team compiles the data and photographic evidence from the site visit in a comprehensive report that highlights all issues requiring preventive and remedial maintenance, including our recommendations on how to address arising issues and problems. Financial Management

Pest Control Management

Following the IPM (Integrated Pest Manager) scientific approach, and in coordination with clients, specific steps are implemented to ensure a pest-free environment all year round.

The premises covered include entrance areas, points of service, offices, false ceilings, closets, meeting rooms, safe rooms, kitchens, terraces, balconies, restrooms, drains, stairs, wards, shafts, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) rooms, generator rooms, electrical rooms, computer rooms, archive rooms, elevator rooms, stores, roof, security rooms, parking, manholes, outside areas, full perimeter (with fogger).

The targeted pests include crawling insects, rodents, (rats and mice), parasitic insects (fleas and ticks), reptiles (snakes and scorpions), fumigation for bacteria, and flying insects.
